Cambios en los Términos del Servicio de YouTube

El 5 de enero del 2022 vamos a actualizar nuestros Términos del Servicio ("Términos") para que queden más claros y sea más fácil entender lo que puedes esperar al usar el servicio. Los cambios que se van a aplicar no afectarán a la forma en que utilizas YouTube. Puedes consultar un resumen de los cambios y los Términos actualizados aquí.   Estos son los principales cambios de la actualización: Explicación más clara de nuestros procesos: vamos a explicar de forma más transparente cómo desarrollamos, mejoramos y actualizamos nuestro servicio. Para ello, incluiremos información más detallada sobre los motivos por los que implementamos cambios y actualizaciones, y sobre cómo te informaremos de ello con antelación. Mejoras generales para facilitar la lectura: aunque nuestros Términos siguen siendo un documento legal, hemos hecho todo lo posible para facilitar su comprensión. Para ello, hemos reorganizado algunos apartados, como Suspensión y cancelación de la cuenta, y reformulado otros, como Modificaciones del Contrato. Incorporación del proceso de faltas por incumplimiento de las Normas de la Comunidad: el uso que haces de YouTube siempre ha estado sujeto a las Normas de la Comunidad y al proceso de faltas que se aplica si se incumplen. Para ofrecer una mayor transparencia, vamos a incluir de manera explícita la información sobre las faltas por incumplimiento de las Normas de la Comunidad en los Términos. El funcionamiento de las faltas por incumplimiento de las Normas de la Comunidad y las circunstancias en las que un canal o un determinado contenido puede recibirlas no cambiarán. Garantía legal en el Espacio Económico Europeo (EEE): vamos a describir brevemente las garantías legales de las que dispones cuando usas YouTube de acuerdo con las leyes de protección de los consumidores del EEE. Derechos de desistimiento en el EEE: vamos a incluir información sobre tu derecho legal a desistir de los Términos en un plazo de 14 días desde la fecha en que los hayas aceptado si eres un consumidor residente en el EEE. También incluiremos una copia del Modelo de documento de información al consumidor sobre el desistimiento de la Unión Europea por si quieres ejercer ese derecho.   Lee detenidamente los cambios que se van a aplicar a los Términos. Si sigues usando YouTube después de la fecha en la que entren en vigor los cambios, confirmarás que aceptas los nuevos Términos.
